GiftCoffeeCard Cart 0

Bulk & office

Ten cards or a hundred, invoiced

Staff rewards, client thank-yous, onboarding gifts and event giveaways. Ordered in one go, paid on invoice rather than a card.

How bulk orders differ

  • Invoiced on terms rather than paid at checkout, subject to a credit check
  • Mixed cafés in one order — split a hundred cards across all six
  • Bulk delivery by spreadsheet, so you supply the recipient list once
  • Printed cards available for handing out at the office or an event, not just email
  • One consolidated receipt for your bookkeeping

Why teams prefer a café card

A generic voucher gets spent on something forgettable. A card for the café someone already passes on the way to work gets used every week, and they think of you each time. If you are rewarding a team, the card they will actually use is the one for the café they already know.

Tax and reporting

Gift cards given to employees are generally treated as taxable compensation rather than a de minimis fringe benefit, because they are a cash equivalent. That is a question for your accountant, not for us, but it catches people out often enough to be worth saying plainly before you order a hundred of them.

Lead times

Digital bulk orders are issued within one business day of the invoice clearing. Printed cards take five to seven business days plus shipping. Around December, add a week.
